Wedding reception coordinator
Our coordinator assists the bride and groom in choosing the perfect location for each phase of the wedding reception: lunch, dinner, aperitifs or special events. Each and every member of staff is also available to provide their expertise and experience when choosing the decor, type of service, wines, and for guidance on the wide choice of menu options available.
The bride and groom or a representative have the opportunity to taste each dish, including the wedding cake. The hotel can also offer a diligent and proven kosher service.
Flowers & decor
The hotel’s decorator is experienced in fulfilling the highest standards when it comes to the personalization of our locations. The same meticulous attention to detail is paid to the adaptation of the chosen spaces as well as to the bouquet, buttonholes, favors, limousine decoration and each and every aspect of the day.
This can also include the church or town hall as requested. Skilled third-party decorators are also available to satisfy the most unusual requests.
Entertainment & music
The hotel regularly presents a variety of entertainment such as live music, cabaret, dance performances, fashion shows etc. Our contacts are at your disposition, from concerts by international stars to intimate, refined performances. Fireworks reflected over the sea are a time-honored Costa Smeralda tradition.
The hotel can assist in the choice of musical accompaniments for each part of the big day, from the music for the ceremony to the sound track of the reception and party. The hotel is equipped to host live performances of any kind.
Photography & video
Photographers and videographers with in-depth knowledge of our locations - and the sumptuous natural lighting which transforms them throughout the day - are on hand to capture the essence of the wedding.
Photography can be edited according to the couple’s wishes and video footage can be provided raw or edited.
The bride and groom and their guests can avail of a team of hairdressers and beauticians
from our Beauty Center for treatments and care before, during and after the celebrations.
The hotel provides entertainment for children in dedicated areas such as our Kids Club, staffed with specialized, multilingual personnel.
Ad hoc babysitting services can be provided on request.
Security & additional personnel
In addition to routine services, the hotel offers a discrete, professional and fully customizable security service which can include the creation and control of private areas and assistance for individuals and groups.
Hostesses, interpreters, stewards, valets and other technical and support staff required for the event or for specific aspects of the event can be provided by the coordinator.
Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the General Aviation Terminal are just half an hour away by car. Minibuses, minivans
and limousines are always available for guests on arrival and for travel within the Costa Smeralda during their stay.
